Performance Marketing Services That Fund What Pays

Our performance marketing services connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and your sales data into one system, then move budget toward the channels that bring in paying customers. You get one plan, one report, and one number to judge us by: what a customer costs you.

  • One plan across every channel, not a separate project per platform
  • Tracking to the sale, with your CRM connected back to the ad platforms
  • Budget moved monthly to whatever is producing customers most cheaply

What are performance marketing services?

Performance marketing services are paid and organic campaigns managed against a business outcome you can count, such as a sale, a booked call or a signed contract. You judge the work by the cost of that outcome, not by clicks, impressions or reach.

In practice, that means three jobs done together: planning which channels get which budget, running the campaigns, and measuring results all the way through to revenue. Drop any one of the three and you are back to guessing.

Most businesses run each channel as a separate project with its own report. Each one looks healthy on its own, and the business still isn't growing. That gap is the job.

What does a performance marketing agency do that a channel specialist doesn't?

A performance marketing agency owns the whole journey from first click to closed sale, across every channel. A channel specialist owns one platform and reports on that platform's version of success.

A channel specialistA performance marketing agency
Reports the ROAS their platform claimsReports cost per customer across all channels
Asks for more budget on their channelMoves budget to whichever channel is winning
Tracking stops at the form fillTracking runs through to the closed sale
One report per platformOne report, one definition of a customer

That difference matters once you run more than one channel. Your Google Ads manager wants more Google budget, your Meta agency wants more Meta budget, and nobody is paid to say which one actually brought in the customer. A digital performance marketing agency sits above the channels and makes that call, with data both sides can see.

Why does every platform report a healthy ROAS while revenue stays flat?

Because each platform counts the sales it touched, and the same sale often gets touched two or three times. Add the reports together and you can end up with more attributed revenue than you actually banked.

The second cause is that most tracking stops at the lead form. The platforms see form fills, not paying customers, so their bidding learns to find cheap form fills. The fix is sending real outcomes back. Google's enhanced conversions for leads uses user-provided data such as email addresses to improve accuracy and bidding performance when you import what happened after the click. Meta offers the same through its server-side Conversions API, which sends events from your server rather than relying on the browser pixel alone.

Once the platforms can see which leads turned into money, they start buying more of those people, and the reports start agreeing with your bank account.

How do you decide where the next dollar goes?

We compare every channel on the same definition of a customer and the same cost per customer, then move budget monthly toward whatever is producing customers most cheaply. Platform-reported ROAS is an input to that decision, never the decision itself.

That means some months a channel loses budget even though its own dashboard looks great. It also means SEO gets judged on how much it lowers your blended cost of acquiring a customer over time, not on rankings.

What's included in our performance marketing services?

Every engagement covers planning, running and measuring, in whatever proportion your business needs. Most clients need all three, and the measurement work usually comes first.

Plan

Your targets, margins and customer value turned into a number each channel can be held to.

  • Marketing strategy and targets
  • Channel and budget planning
  • A 90-day test plan

Run

Every channel managed against those same targets, not its own.

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • SEO built to lower cost per customer
  • Campaign landing pages and testing

Measure

Data connected properly, so every decision starts from the same numbers.

  • GA4, conversion tracking and server-side events
  • CRM connected back to the ad platforms
  • One report and a monthly budget review

Should you hire a performance based marketing agency?

It depends on how "performance based" is defined in the contract. Pay-per-result pricing sounds safe, but it rewards whatever gets counted, and if the count is leads rather than customers, you can end up paying for volume you can't sell to.

Pricing modelWhat it rewardsWhat to watch for
Flat monthly retainerConsistent work across all channelsMake sure it is tied to targets, not just hours
Percentage of ad spendGrowing the budgetThe agency earns more when you spend more, whether or not it works
Pay per lead or saleThe outcome being countedLead quality, and who defines a qualified lead

The honest answer is that the pricing model matters less than what the agency is held to. Agree the definition of a customer and the target cost per customer before anything goes live, and any of the three can work.

Does performance marketing work for B2B companies?

Yes, but B2B needs the sales data connected, because the purchase happens weeks or months after the click, usually on a call or in a proposal. Without that connection, the ad platforms optimize for form fills and never learn which accounts actually closed.

Timing is the detail most B2B setups miss. Google won't import an offline conversion uploaded more than 90 days after the last click, and the limit is 63 days for enhanced conversions for leads. So if your sales cycle runs longer, a B2B performance marketing agency needs to send back an earlier stage that predicts a sale, such as a qualified opportunity, rather than waiting for the signed contract.

How long before performance marketing shows results?

The first month usually goes on measurement: fixing tracking, connecting your CRM and agreeing what counts as a customer. Budget decisions made before that are built on the same numbers that caused the problem.

After that, results depend on your sales cycle and how much data your accounts generate. We will tell you in the audit what the first 90 days can realistically prove for your business, and what they can't. Budgets on our audit form start under $1,000 a month and run past $10,000 a month, so tell us your range and we'll be straight with you about whether it is enough.
