A Facebook Ads Agency That Turns Attention Into Customers

ROAS Scalers is a Facebook ads agency that runs Meta and Instagram campaigns around one question: which ads bring in customers? We build campaigns on audiences, offers and a steady flow of tested creative, and we judge them on qualified leads and sales, not likes or reach.

  • New creative tested every month, so results don't fade after a few weeks
  • Leads qualified before they reach you, not just collected
  • Tracking you can trust, with the Conversions API set up properly

What does a Facebook ads agency do that boosting posts doesn't?

A Facebook ads agency plans campaigns around a business outcome, then builds the audiences, creative, tracking and lead handling that make that outcome measurable. Boosting a post buys attention; running Meta ads properly buys customers and proves it.

The difference is in everything around the ad. A good Facebook advertising agency decides what the campaign is optimizing for, writes and tests the creative, sets up forms or landing pages that qualify people, and connects the results back to your sales data. The boost button does none of that.

Why do Meta campaigns work for a few weeks and then stall?

Most Meta campaigns stall because the creative wears out, the offer isn't strong enough to act on, or the platform is learning from the wrong signal. The platform is good at finding people; most problems come from what it's given to work with.

Should you hire a Meta ads agency or an Instagram ads agency?

They're the same job. Facebook and Instagram ads run from the same Meta Ads Manager, so a Meta ads agency and an Instagram ads agency are managing the same campaigns, just with different placements.

What changes is the creative. A vertical Reel, a Story and a Feed post each need their own format and hook, and the placements often perform very differently for the same offer. We plan creative for each placement you run, then let the results decide where the budget goes.

Getting leads that never pick up the phone?

The free audit shows where your Meta leads drop off, which ads bring buyers, and what to fix first.

Why do Facebook leads so often go nowhere?

Because the default lead form is built for volume. It pre-fills people's details from their profile, so submitting takes a couple of taps, and plenty of those people forget they ever did it.

The fix is adding the right friction. We use forms with qualifying questions and a confirmation step, route leads straight to your CRM or inbox so they're called fast, and send back which leads became customers, so Meta learns to find more people like the ones who bought rather than the ones who tapped.

How we close the lead loop

Ad reaches the right peopleCreative and offer matched to the buyer
Form qualifies themQualifying questions and a confirmation step
Lead lands in your CRMRouted instantly, so it's called while it's warm
Sales sent back to MetaSo it finds more buyers, not more tappers

Every closed sale makes the next campaign smarter

How do you stop Meta from counting the same sale twice?

By running the Conversions API alongside the Meta Pixel and matching an event ID across both, so Meta can tell a repeated signal from a new sale. Meta recommends this "redundant setup", and says that when you use it you must set up deduplication so the delivery system can tell distinct events from overlapping ones.

Get this wrong and the numbers inflate quietly. Meta's own documentation uses the example of two orders sent from both browser and server: without matching IDs, it can look like four purchases instead of two. Your reported cost per purchase halves, and your bank account disagrees.

Two real orders, sent from browser and server

No matching event IDReported as 4 purchases
Matching event ID on bothReported as 2 purchases

Based on the example in Meta's developer documentation.

Paid social agency or a Facebook ads consultant?

A Facebook ads consultant suits a smaller account where Meta is the only paid channel and someone else handles creative and landing pages. A paid social agency makes more sense once spend is meaningful and Meta has to work alongside Google Ads, SEO and your sales process.

Either way, ask the same four things:

  • Who makes the creative, and how often is it refreshed?
  • Do you set up the Conversions API, with deduplication?
  • How do you qualify leads before they reach us?
  • Do you report on customers, or on clicks and reach?

If Meta is one of several channels, see how we run performance marketing across channels.

How much does Facebook ads management cost?

The biggest variable in Facebook ads management cost is creative. An account that needs new video and image ads every month needs more work than one running on a steady set of proven ads.

So we scope creative separately rather than hiding it in the fee, and give you a clear quote after the audit, before anything starts.

How soon will Meta ads show results?

Meta campaigns start delivering within a day or two, but reliable results take a few weeks, because delivery stabilizes only once the platform has seen enough conversions. The first month usually goes on tracking, offers and the first rounds of creative testing.

After that, results depend on your budget, your offer and how quickly you can follow up on leads. We'll tell you in the audit what the first 90 days can realistically prove for your account.
