SEO Services That Bring In Inquiries, Not Just Rankings

Our SEO services focus on the searches that lead to inquiries: fixing what holds your site back technically, matching pages to what buyers actually search for, and measuring success in leads rather than rankings. The same work is what gets your pages cited in Google's AI answers.

  • Measured in inquiries, not rankings or traffic alone
  • Built for Google and AI search, following Google's own guidance
  • No guaranteed rankings. Nobody honest can promise them

What do SEO services include?

SEO services cover the technical health of your site, the content on it, how well it matches what your buyers search for, and your presence in local and map results. Good SEO ties all four to one number: how many inquiries organic search sends you.

In practice, that means fixing crawling and indexing problems, improving page speed and structure, researching the searches that lead to sales, rewriting and building the pages that should rank for them, and making your Google Business Profile work harder. Then it means checking, every month, which of those pages actually produced leads.

Why doesn't more traffic turn into more inquiries?

Because most SEO chases the searches that are easiest to rank for, and those are usually people researching rather than buying. A blog post can pull thousands of visitors who were never going to hire anyone.

Traffic without buying intent.

Informational posts bring visitors who were only ever researching, while the pages buyers need stay thin.

Rankings nobody buys from.

Page one for a phrase with no commercial intent, while the searches that matter go to competitors.

Pages with no next step.

Service pages that answer the question but never give the visitor a clear, easy way to get in touch.

Does SEO still work now that Google shows AI answers?

Yes. Google says its AI features are rooted in the same core Search ranking and quality systems as regular results, so the pages it cites are pages that already do well in search. From Google's point of view, optimizing for AI Overviews and AI Mode is still SEO.

That changes what good SEO looks like, not whether it matters. Google's guidance points to the same things: a unique point of view and first-hand expertise rather than recycled advice, content organized under clear headings, and a page that is indexed and eligible to show with a snippet. Google is also clear that you don't need special AI files or new markup to appear, so be wary of anyone selling "AI optimization" as a separate trick.

What do our technical SEO services fix?

Technical SEO services fix the problems that stop good pages from being found, indexed or ranked: crawl errors, slow pages, duplicate content, broken redirects, missing structured data and mobile issues. None of it is visible to your customers, and all of it limits what your content can achieve.

We prioritize by impact, not by the length of the list. A technical audit tool can export hundreds of warnings; most businesses need the ten that are actually holding back pages that should be bringing in leads, fixed first.

  • Crawling and indexingPages Google can find and keep
  • Page speedFaster pages on mobile and desktop
  • Duplicate contentCanonicals and cleaned-up URLs
  • Redirects and broken linksNo dead ends for users or Google
  • Structured dataSchema for rich results
  • Mobile experiencePages that work on every screen
  • Internal linkingAuthority flowing to money pages
  • Sitemaps and robotsClear signals about what matters

How do local SEO services get you into the map results?

Local SEO services improve how Google matches your business to nearby searches, mainly through your Google Business Profile, your location pages and your reviews. Google says local results are based primarily on relevance, distance and prominence, and that review count and review score both factor into local ranking.

  • RelevanceWe improve it
A complete, accurate profile with the right categories, services and location pages.
  • DistanceFixed
How far you are from the person searching. Nobody can change this, so the work goes elsewhere.
  • ProminenceWe build it
Reviews, links and mentions across the web, which is why a steady review process matters.

What's in an SEO audit?

An SEO audit reviews your site's technical health, content, keyword targeting and local presence, then gives you a prioritized list of what to fix and a realistic estimate of what fixing it could achieve. It should end in decisions, not a 200-page export.

Google's own advice is useful here. When an SEO audits your site, grant read access to Search Console, not write access, and be wary of anyone whose audit promises first place in the results. Our SEO audit services follow that: read-only access, a short list ranked by impact on inquiries, and a straight answer about what's worth doing.

How do you choose an SEO agency?

Choose an SEO agency that explains exactly what it will change, measures success in leads rather than rankings, and never guarantees positions. Google states plainly that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google, so a guarantee is a warning sign, not a selling point.

The same questions work whether you are comparing an SEO company, a freelance SEO consultant or an in-house hire:

Question to askA good answerA red flag
How will you measure success?Inquiries and revenue from organic searchRankings and traffic only
Can you guarantee first page? No, and here's what we can commit toYes, guaranteed

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical fixes can show up in weeks, once Google recrawls the pages. Rankings for competitive searches take months, because you are asking Google to trust your pages over ones it has trusted for years.

That is why we split the work. Quick wins come first: fixing technical problems, improving pages that already rank on page two, and tightening your Google Business Profile. Longer plays, like new service pages and content, build underneath. We'll tell you in the audit which is which for your site.

Should you start with SEO or Google Ads?

If you need inquiries this month, start with Google Ads; if you want a lower cost per customer over the next year, start SEO now alongside it. Paid ads don't help your organic rankings, and Google says advertising with Google won't have any effect on your site's presence in organic results.

The two work well together. Paid search data shows which searches actually convert, which tells SEO where to aim, and SEO gradually takes over searches you would otherwise keep paying for. See how we run PPC and Google Ads.

How much does SEO cost?

SEO costs depend on three things: the size of your site, how competitive your searches are, and how much content needs writing or rebuilding. A local service business with a clean site needs far less work than a national store with thousands of pages.

That is why we scope after the audit rather than quoting a package up front. You get a clear list of what the work involves and what it costs before anything starts, and you can decide what is worth doing.

  • Site sizePages to fix
A 20-page service site and a 5,000-product store are very different jobs, especially on the technical side.
  • CompetitionEffort to rank
Ranking for a local trade in one city takes far less than a national, crowded search.
  • ContentPages to build
Whether your service pages need light edits or writing from scratch changes the scope most.
