E-commerce & D2C
Grow Orders Without Giving Away the Margin.
We help online brands scale paid acquisition on real profit: product margins in the bidding, creative that keeps working, and a plan for the second order, not just the first.
Where e-commerce growth leaks profit
More revenue is easy to buy. Profitable revenue takes more thought.
ROAS without margins
A 4x return on a low-margin product can lose money. Most accounts don't know which products carry the profit.
Creative that burns out
Meta results drop within weeks because the same ads keep running.
Discount-driven growth
Promotions lift orders but train customers to wait for the next sale.
One order, then silence
Acquisition costs are only covered on the second or third purchase, and nobody plans for it.

E-commerce & D2C marketing FAQs
Common questions from e-commerce businesses. Ask us anything that isn't covered here.
Should we judge campaigns on ROAS?
ROAS is useful, but only alongside margin. We set targets from product profit so a good ROAS actually means a profitable order.
Performance Max or standard Shopping?
Both can work. Performance Max needs a good feed and clean tracking. We often run both, split by product group.
How often should Meta creative change?
Most brands need new creative every month, and sooner when results start to fade.
Can you help with repeat purchases?
Yes. We plan campaigns and offers for existing customers and track second orders by acquisition channel.
Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. We set up tracking, the Conversions API and product feeds on both.
What about marketplaces like Amazon?
Our focus is your own store. We make sure marketplace activity is considered in the overall numbers.
Find Out What Your Marketing Is Actually Doing.
Send us your website and the channels you're running. We'll look at your ads, tracking and landing pages, then show you where the money is working, where it's leaking, and what we'd fix first. No pitch deck. Just a straight answer.
